Carefully direct your wine into another vessel to capture the cork bits & sediment you don’t want.
There are of course wine filter screens for casual drinkers and aficionados (often sold with an aerator) but we have seen creative people (present company included) use what they have on hand, like coffee filters, loose leaf tea strainers, and cheesecloth.
